Montgomery currently serves as an Associate Athletic Director at UWA.  She spent 19 years as head softball coach for the Tigers, winning 427 games, five Gulf South Conference Championships and was runner-up at the 1997 NCAA Regionals.  Montgomery also won 53 games in four years as the head volleyball coach.  She is currently the longest tenured Senior Women’s Administrator in the GSC.
 
A native of West Bend, Wis., and a graduate of Wisconsin-Parkside, Montgomery has served on numerous NCAA Committees, including the prestigious NCAA Management Council, which is considered the Board of Directors for all of Division II.  A member of the Wisconsin-Parkside Hall of Fame, she has also served as chair of the NCAA Division II Championship Committee and chair of the Division II Softball Committee.  She has also served on many other NCAA and GSC committees.
