An All-American, All-Region and All-GSC selection, Malcolm Butler is also a member of Gulf South Conference Hall of Fame. In two years as a Tiger he recorded 89 tackles, 70 solo. He intercepted seven passes and broke up 33 more to give him 40 career passes defended. Butler also averaged 28.8 yards per kickoff return over 25 career runbacks. He made arguably the most iconic play in Super Bowl history to secure Patriots win over Seattle in Super Bowl XLIX. Butler is a two-time Super Bowl Champion, an All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection. Butler is a member of the New England Patriots, GSC and West Alabama Football Teams of the Decade (2010-19).
