LIVINGSTON, Ala. – The University of West Alabama baseball game at Stillman on Thursday has been cancelled due to the heavy amounts of rain that have blasted the area over the week. A makeup date has not been set at this time.

UWA (13-6) will open Gulf South Conference action this weekend as the Tigers travel to the University of Alabama in Huntsville for a three-game series. The three game set begins on Saturday with a doubleheader that is scheduled for a 12:00 p.m. start. The series concludes on Sunday with a single game slated for 1:00 p.m. The game will be broadcasted on ESPN 104.9-FM and www.uwaathletics.com.
