Senior Matthew Magee is the current Gulf South Conference baseball player of the week. The Petal, Miss. native went 9-for-13 (.692) from the plate in the weekend series against Christian Brothers. He drove in eight runs, scored seven, while also rapping out three doubles and a home run in game three to lead the Tigers to the series sweep. He is riding a 13-game htting streak.
