Sophomore midfielder Thibault Charmey was named the Gulf South Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week for the third time this season. The Paris, France native posted four goals and one assist for nine total points in one week over three GSC matches. It was the most goals and points tallied in a single week this season. Charmey netted two goals on set pieces in a 3-2 loss against Lee on Tuesday followed by another free-kick score and assist in a 2-0 win against Alabama-Huntsville on Friday. His final goal of the week came as the game-winner in a 2-1 game-winner over Union on Sunday. The goal marked his ninth of the season and set the school record for single-season goals.
