Box Score MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Christian Brothers' Alex Bickenbach posted two goals, including the game-winner in the final 20 seconds of double-overtime to defeat West Alabama women's soccer 2-1 in Gulf South Conference action on Sunday.

Graeme Orr. "Both teams played very physical and with great desire. I think on another day we might have just edged it. We will learn and take positives away from today and be ready for Friday."
It was the third double-overtime loss for West Alabama this season who drop to 10-6 on the season; 5-4 in the GSC. It is the fourth match to go into extra minutes for Christian Brothers this season. They remain unbeaten in overtime and improve to 11-3-2 overall; 5-3-1 in conference.
Bickenbach's final goal came off of a pass from Carly Downing who intercepted an UWA goal kick. Bickenbach has five goals on the year.

Nicki Gears gave the Tigers the first lead with a goal in the 14
th minute off of a pass from Kirsten Reily. Gears leads the conference with 12 goals this season.

Issy Foster ended with one save to fall to 9-5. Robyn Wade totaled four saves to improve to 10-3-2.
The Tigers will face the defending national champions West Florida in their final regular season match at home on Friday before heading into the conference tournament on Nov. 7 in Pensacola, Fla. The final match is set for 5 p.m. in Tiger Stadium.
