LIVINGSTON, Ala. – The University of West Alabama men's tennis team improved its record to 9-1 by cruising by Tuskegee in a pair of college tennis matches Saturday at the Vaughn Tennis Center.
West Alabama won the first match, 9-0, and the second, 6-0, to leave Tuskegee with a 0-3 record for the season.
In a day that saw several different playing combinations by West Alabama,
Simon Bardell and
Caspar Schuetze each won singles competition in both matches. The Tigers used different doubles combinations from match to match, taking all six sets.
