Tennis Senior Day Matches Moved to Noon Start

LIVINGSTON, Ala. - First serve for both the men and women's Gulf South Conference tennis matches against Shorter has been pushed back to noon central time Saturday due to rain experienced at the Vaughan Tennis Complex during the morning hours.

The Tigers host the Hawks for Senior Day. UWA seniors Georgina Salome, Andrea Tomassone, Liliana Araucz and Katie Burrall will be honored on the women's side. Julius Kaverinen, Linus Holthey and Henrik Sinkko are the seniors for the Tiger men.
 
The 13th-ranked UWA women are 12-4 overall and 7-0 in GSC play and have won nine straight matches. The 17th-ranked Tiger men, winners of eight of their last 10 matches, are 13-4 and 5-2.
