Tennis Heads to Columbus State to Close Fall Schedule

LIVINGSTON, Ala – West Alabama Tennis teams will be competing in the last weekend of the fall season at the CSU Invitational Friday, Nov. 5^th and Saturday Nov. 6^th.

All players from the men's team will be competing and from the women's side Haina Franco and Emiri Takanishi will be competing.

Each player will play in three singles and three doubles during the weekend. There will be no draws or team scoring.

The teams competing will be Auburn-Montgomery, Columbus State, Georgia Southwestern State, and UWA.

Columbus State's men's team finished the 2021 season ranked No. 2 nationally and ranked No. 6 nationally on the women's side. The UWA women finished the season ranked No. 4 nationally while the men finished No. 32 nationally.
