Tigers Drop Pair of Exhibition Matches to South Alabama

MOBILE, Ala. – West Alabama men's tennis team dropped both exhibition matches 7-0 to South Alabama this afternoon at Bruce David Lubel Memorial Tennis Courts.  
 
"We kicked the spring off against a strong team in with the doubleheader," head coach Jeff Beaman said. "These were not the scores we wanted, but this definitely got us back in the flow of competing, and we learned the things we need to work on."  
 
Match One 
South Alabama 7, West Alabama 0 
 
Marcel Hornung and Lucas Hammond won doubles, defeating Jack Clements and Maxime St-Hilaria, 6-4. South Alabama won the other two doubles matches to claim the first point.
