Biography
(2010): Posted a 16-14 record in singles competition … Pulled out an eight-game win streak during the middle of the season … Recorded two separate matches with straight set victories, the first against Fort Valley State on March 19 and the other against Stillman on April 10 … Named to the 2010 GSC Spring Honor Roll.
Highest USTA singles ranking was in the Southern Tennis Association where she was ranked 151, and her Alabama Tennis Association singles ranking was 6th in the state. Emily played for Hoover High School in the state of Alabama at the number one position. She was the Region 5, 6A runner-up at the one position in singles. She established an 8-2 singles record her senior year and Hoover High School finished 3rd over-all in the Class 6A State Tournament in spring of 2009.
