2013 (Junior): Named the 2013 Gulf South Conference co-Player of the Year as well as First Team All-GSC, Preseason All-GSC and GSC All-Tournament teams … Earned NSCAA All-South Region and Daktronics All-South Region Honors … Led the conference in seven categories: shots (95), shots per game (5.00), goals (15), goals per game (.789), game-winning goals (6), points (36) and points per game (1.89) …  Gears added three goals in the post season giving her 37 career goals and setting the program’s record … Scored two games in three matches: West Florida (Nov. 8), Judson (Oct. 1) and North Alabama (Sept. 10) … Had two assists against Montevallo (Sept. 13) … Season high of 11 shots and seven shots on-goal at North Alabama (Sept. 10). 

2012 (Sophomore): First UWA women's soccer player ever to be named to the Preseason All-Gulf South Conference list to open the 2012 season … Named to the the 2012 All-GSC first team as well as the 2012 DII Women All-South Region team … Led the conference in shots (101) and shots per game (5.31) … Finished the season second in goals per game (0.74) as well as assists (10) … Finished third in points (38), points per game (2.00) and assists per game (0.53) … As the Tigers' leading scorer with 14 goals, Gears accounted for three game winning goals and a hat trick against Judson College.   

2011 (Freshman): All-Gulf South Conference Second Team ... Recorded first hat trick in UWA history with three goals against Tennessee Temple ...
