Biography

2025-26 (Valdosta State): Appeared in 28 games, making one start. Averaged 22.0 minutes, 8.1 points and 3.0 rebounds per game while shooting 36.5 percent from the field, 19.0 percent from three-point range and 81.9 percent from the free-throw line. Finished the season with 228 points, 85 rebounds, 32 assists, seven blocks and 15 steals. Recorded a season-high 19 points against West Alabama on Dec. 4, going 7-of-9 from the field and 4-of-4 from the free-throw line. Posted a season-best 11 rebounds against Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 29 and recorded four assists, three steals and one block against Union on Feb. 21. Also shot a perfect 2-of-2 from three-point range against AUM on Feb. 25.

2024-25 (Western New Mexico): Appeared in 25 games, making 11 starts. Averaged 24.7 minutes and 10.6 points per game while shooting 37.2 percent from the field, 28.9 percent from three-point range and 68.9 percent from the free-throw line. Finished the season with 264 points, 97 rebounds, 40 assists, seven blocks and 23 steals. Recorded a season-high 20 points against Sul Ross State on Feb. 27 and at Cameron on Feb. 20. Grabbed a season-best nine rebounds at West Texas A&M on Jan. 16 and dished out five assists at Eastern New Mexico on Jan. 18.

Career: Across two collegiate seasons, has appeared in 53 games and made 12 starts. Has totaled 492 points, 182 rebounds, 72 assists, 14 blocks and 38 steals.

Prep: Prepped at Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Texas, under head coach Mallory Singleton Lynn and competed with Lady Athletic Elite under Paul Hartman. Earned Academic All-District honors and was a two-time Offensive Player of the Year. Also earned Second Team All-District recognition and surpassed 1,000 career points.

Previous Colleges: Attended Western New Mexico University from 2024-25 before transferring to Valdosta State University for the 2025-26 season. Earned Dean's List recognition during her collegiate career.

Personal: Daughter of Racquel Sterling. Majoring in Health Science with a Pre-Physical Therapy emphasis.
