Ceballos joins the Tigers after completing a successful collegiate playing career that included stops at Cerritos College, Hope International University, and most recently Dalton State College.
During the 2025-26 season at Dalton State, Ceballos served as a team captain and played a key role in helping lead the Roadrunners to a 24-9 overall record, Southern States Athletic Conference regular-season and tournament championships, and a berth in the NAIA National Tournament. He averaged 5.0 points and 3.3 rebounds per game while recording 71 assists against just 34 turnovers.
Prior to Dalton State, Ceballos appeared in 26 games for Hope International University during the 2024-25 season. His most decorated collegiate campaign came at Cerritos College, where he was one of the nation's top junior college players. Under head coach Russ May, Ceballos averaged 11.7 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 6.0 assists per game while shooting 47.8 percent from the field and 47.7 percent from three-point range. He helped lead the Falcons to a South Coast Conference Championship and earned South Coast Conference MVP honors, CCCAA All-State recognition, and NABC All-American status.
A native of Los Angeles, California, Ceballos attended Crossroads High School, where he played four years of varsity basketball under head coach Anthony Davis. He helped guide the Roadrunners to a California State Championship in 2018 and was named First Team All-Gold Coast in 2020 after earning Second Team honors in 2019. As a senior, he averaged 18.4 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists per game while earning team MVP recognition.
Basketball excellence runs deep in the Ceballos family. Miles is the son of former NBA veteran Cedric Ceballos, who played 11 seasons in the NBA and professionally overseas. His sisters also competed at the collegiate level, playing basketball at Western Washington University and Seattle University.
Born on March 17, 2003, Ceballos brings a wealth of playing experience, leadership, and championship pedigree to the UWA Men's Basketball program as he begins his coaching career with the Tigers.
