Dr. Sonny Hodge is originally from Taylorsville, Mississippi.   He received his undergraduate degree from Mississippi College and his doctorate of medicine from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.  He completed his family medicine residency at St. Vincent’s East in Birmingham, Alabama and is currently training as a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellow at Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Alabama under the leadership of Dr. Jose Ortega.  He enjoys spending his free time traveling with his wife, hunting, and fishing.
