Wendy Zimmerer is entering her first year as an Athletic Trainer/Instructor at UWA. Wendy will serve as the athletic trainer for UWA’s Men's & Women's Rodeo. When she first arrived in Livingston in August of 2024 she served as a first-year intern athletic trainer for UWA Men’s & Women’s Rodeo, Men’s & Women’s Track and Cross Country, and High School Outreach. In May of 2022, Wendy earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. In May of 2024 she earned her M.S. in Athletic Training from Texas A&M University where she worked with football, basketball, softball, a local high school, and local rodeos. Wendy is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
