Meeks notched his third GSC Pitcher of the Week accolade of the season after closing the year with a commanding effort in Game 2 against Christian Brothers. The junior struck out 11 of the 18 batters he faced, hurling six innings while scattering two hits and walking three batters. The Sweet Water, Ala., native collected his seventh win of the season and did not allow an earned run en route to a 14-1 triumph.
