Freshman Dakota Powell tallied a career-high 11 points in the University of West Alabama women's basketball team's 52-41 loss to Shorter College on Tuesday afternoon at Pruitt Hall. The loss sets UWA back to 2-7 on the season while SC improved to 7-4.
