LIVINGSTON, Ala. – Following a trip to the Lady Patriots Classic in Dallas, the University of West Alabama volleyball team (6-3) returns home Tuesday night to face off with Birmingham-Southern at 7 p.m. in Pruitt Hall.
UWA enters Tuesday's match after participating in the Lady Patriots Classic on the campus of Dallas Baptist University. The Tigers went 1-3 in the event, dropping their first three contests of the year after starting the season at 5-0.

Alexis McHale and
Angela Sanders lead the way for the Red and White, with each being named to the Christian Brothers All-Tournament team to start the season. After her 60-assist performance, McHale broke the school's all-time career assist record, and now has 338 on the year.
Birmingham-Southern comes into the match with a 4-4 overall record after competing in the Doc Partin Classic in Atlanta this past weekend. The Panthers dropped two contests in the tournament, falling to Eastern University and Emory University of the NCAA Division III ranks.
Following Tuesday's match, UWA heads to Arkadelphia, Ark., to face off with Henderson State and Lyon on Monday, Sept. 19.
