Lauren Wagner Earns ALATA Graduate Scholarship

LIVINGSTON, Ala. – University of West Alabama graduate assistant athletic trainer Lauren Wagner has received the Alabama Athletic Trainer's Association's graduate scholarship for the 2015-16 academic year.  
 
The scholarship is awarded based on scholarship in graduate classes, as well as clinical work with the UWA Gulf South Conference Champion men's cross country team, softball team, women's cross country team and the men and women's track teams.  
 
Wagner also performed additional duties with the UWA Athletic Training High School Outreach Program and served as the host athletic trainer for the Gulf South Conference Cross Country Championships.
 
From Camarillo, California, Wagner completed her undergraduate requirements in May 2014 at California State University, Sacramento, a CAATE accredited athletic training program.
