Women's Hoops Set to Host Spring Hill on Tuesday

LIVINGSTON, Ala. - West Alabama women's basketball team is set to host a non-conference game against Spring Hill on Tuesday inside Pruitt Hall Gymnasium. Tip-off is set for 5 p.m.
 
The Tigers enter the game with a 2-1 overall record and are 1-0 in GSC play. The Badgers bring a 1-3 record to Livingston.
 
This is the seventh meeting between the two teams. UWA leads the series 4-2. In the latest matchup, the Tigers defeated the Badgers 74-49 in November 2021.
 
Bria Dent is leading the Tigers' offense, averaging 18.7 points per game and 15.7 rebounds per game. Jala Williams is averaging 12.3 points per game, 7.7 assists per game, and five rebounds per game. Maryanne Logsdon is averaging 12.3 points per game and four rebounds per game. 
 
The Falcons' freshman guard Iamunique Bowie leads Montevallo's offense with 21.5 points per game and 9.3 rebounds per game.
