LIVINGSTON, Ala. - The University of West Alabama Athletic Department is excited to announce the 2026 Spring Graduation Scholar-Athlete Medallion recipients.

A total of 49 Student-Athletes walked the stage on May 8 and 9, with 25 of them claiming a Scholar-Athlete Medallion. 

"Graduation is the ultimate scoreboard," said Director of Athletics Brett Gilliland. "Our student-athletes continue to prove that excellence isn't limited to competition; it's earned in the classroom, on campus, and in preparation for life beyond athletics. We are incredibly proud of our scholar-athletes and the standard they set for our university."

To earn a Scholar-Athlete medallion, a student-athlete must have completed her/his eligibility as a Tiger Student-Athlete and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or better.
