2014: First team All-Gulf South Conference outfielder ... Played in 45 games, starting 43, all in centerfield ... Batted .364 with five doubles and 17 RBI ... His .364 batting average was sixth in the GSC ... Led team with 17 stolen bases in 21 attempts ... Sported a .983 field percentage, making just two errors in 121 total chances ... Second on team with eight sacrifice bunts ... Led team and was seventh in GSC in on base percentage at .444 ... Had 14 multiple hit games ... Longest hitting streak of the season was 16 games and longest consecutive on base streak was 24 games.

Prior to UWA: Came to the Tigers from Holmes Community College where he was named to the 2012 Mississippi Junior College First Team … Had a .420 batting average at Holmes, which was good for 25th in the nation in that category, while his 34 stolen bases were 16th in the nation and his .521 on-base percentage was good for 30th in the country … Played  at Meridian High School in Meridian, Miss. … Was named the Division Defensive Player of the Year and was tabbed as a first-team all-division performer … Boasted a .451 batting average with 27 stolen bases in his senior season … In junior year, had a .318 batting average with 20 RBI’s and 25 stolen bases.
