2012: A solid .294 hitter, Magee played mostly in the five and six spots in the order…Perhaps his best week of the year came against eventual national runner up Delta State and mid-week foe Montevallo when the junior went 8-for-17 at the plate for a .471 average…He laced three homeruns during that span, while driving in 12 runners on his way to being named the Gulf South Conference Player of the Week…Finished the year with the second-most plate appearances for the Tigers and reached base 82 times with a team-high 10 multiple RBI games… Named a preseason GSC Player to Watch and placed on the 2012 GSC Spring Academic Honor Roll with a 3.63 GPA in Sports Management.

Prior to UWA: Played at Pearl River Community College.
 
High School: Played at Petal High School in Petal, Miss., where he holds the record for homeruns and RBI’s... In 2009, was named team MVP with a.424 batting average, 11 homeruns and 48 RBI’s.
