High School: Prepped at R.C. Hatch High School in Uniontown, Ala., under head coach Jamie Abrahams. Owens was a standout student-athlete for the Bobcats, earning recognition for his performance both on the field and in the classroom.
Academic Honors: Ranked No. 12 in his graduating class of 130 students … Earned A Honor Roll recognition.
Athletic Honors: Earned All-State honors during his high school career.
Collegiate Career: Owens continued his academic and athletic career at the University of Alabama at Birmingham before joining West Alabama. He enters his junior season with the Tigers as a redshirt junior while pursuing a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Coaching. Owens was named to the Dean’s List at UAB in Fall 2025 and the UWA Dean’s List in Spring 2026.
