Graduated from Hillcrest High School in Tuscaloosa, Ala., where he was a four-year captain of his squad…Has been on the UWA campus for three seasons after taking over place-kicking duties for the 2009 edition of Tiger football…Sheffield is a member of several prominent societies on campus, including Phi Kappa Phi, Omicron Delta Kappa, Blue Key, and UWA Ambassadors… This past year, Sheffield was named Mr. UWA.
