Taylor Ramsey begins her second year as athletic trainer/instructor while continuing her primary responsibility of providing athletic training services to the UWA Women’s Basketball team.  Taylor previously worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at UWA and completed her Master of Science in Physical Education with an Athletic Training concentration in the summer of 2022. In May of 2021, Taylor graduated from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, OH with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training.   During her time at Heidelberg, she worked primarily with the football, baseball, basketball, and lacrosse programs.  In addition to those varsity sports, she also gained additional athletic training experience at a local high school.  She earned her athletic training certification in the spring of 2021 and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, the Southeast  Athletic Trainers' Association and the Alabama Athletic Trainers' Association.
