"We did not have the intensity today that we had Friday night," said UWA head men's soccer coach
Matthew Thorne.
"We need to have a look at ourselves and get back to training hard, because today Mississippi College was winning the 50/50 chances. Usually that is a big part of our game. One positive is that we pushed on even when it looked like it was game over. I am happy to see us show character late on, but it has to be for 90 minutes. Today was a learning point for us; fortunately it is still early in the season."
UWA men's soccer returns to action Friday as they travel to Jackson, Tenn. to take on Union College. Live stats and video will be available at
