COLUMBUS, Ga. – Due to impending inclement weather on Sunday, times and dates for the season-opening college baseball series between West Alabama and Columbus State have been altered.
 
Following a single game on Friday at 3 p.m. CST, the Tigers and Cougars will play at doubleheader Saturday beginning at noon CST instead of single games on Saturday and Sunday.
 
Jorge Cruz is on the mound for UWA for Friday's game. Fernando Gonzalez and Gandy Stubblefield are schedule to pitch in the Saturday doubleheader.
