LIVINGSTON, Ala. – The game time for Tuesday's non-conference baseball game at Tartt Field between West Alabama and William Carey has been shifted to 2 p.m. in an effort to beat expected early evening rain in Sumter County.

The 24th-ranked Tigers come into the game with an 11-game winning streak and a 22-8 record. William Carey has won three straight and is 20-15.

West Alabama has six players batting over .300, lead by centerfielder Nick Delgado at .455. First baseman/closer Tanner Rainey leads the team with seven home runs and 30 runs driven in.

The UWA pitching staff leads the Gulf South Conference with a 3.00 earned run average after 30 games. The Tigers are also the top defensive team in the GSC with a .973 fielding percentage.
