PENSACOLA, Fla. – West Alabama men's soccer shared the spoils of a Gulf South Conference clash with West Florida, drawing 2-2 with the Argos at the UWF Soccer Complex on Sunday.

The Tigers (9-5-1, 5-2-1) struck first as
Harrison Roberts and
Liam Ireland teamed up to put UWA ahead in the 34
th minute. Ireland's third score of the season gave West Alabama a 1-0 advantage that would hold until the 83
rd minute.

West Alabama and West Florida ignited for a combined three goals in the final seven minutes of regulation.
Samuel Mawuko netted his second goal in as many matches after Ireland reversed roles to assist the Tiger forward, putting UWA in front 2-0.

Shawn Sanon and Isaiah Lopez combined to assist Gavin Gillies in the 87
th minute, pulling the Argos within one score.

West Florida finally equalized the match in the 90
th minute, taking advantage of a penalty kick opportunity in the Tigers' penalty box.

Brad Louis (9-5-1) made five saves while facing 16 shots in the draw. Phil D'Amico (6-5-2) faced 10 shots on the day, totaling three saves.

West Alabama will return to Tiger Stadium for its final regular-season match, taking on Alabama Huntsville in GSC play on Friday. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
