Tigers Fall in Division II Baseball National Polls

After losing three of four games last week, the University of West Alabama baseball team dropped from from 8th to 22nd in the Collegiate Baseball NCAA Division II National Poll and from No. 7 to completely out of the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association DII National Top 25 Poll.

The Tigers are 7-4 overall and 1-2 in Gulf South Conference play heading into a non-conference game at Montevallo (7-4) on Wednesday. The Tigers continue an eight-game road swing with a three-game GSC series at Mississippi College (6-4, 1-2) on Saturday and Sunday.
 
Game time at Peach Belt rival Montevallo is 2 p.m. Saturday's doubleheader at Mississippi College is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. for the single game on Sunday.
 
There will not be a radio broadcast for Wednesday's non conference game, but Montevallo live stats are available by going to http://bit.ly/1UkWZqE.
