Georgia Gwinnett Eases by UWA Men’s Tennis

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The top-ranked team in the NAIA and defending national champion Georgia Gwinnett rolled past the West Alabama men, 6-0, in the regular season opener for the Tigers Saturday at the GGC Tennis Facility.

After sweeping the doubles matches, the Grizzlies (5-0) put the match away by taking singles courts three, two and five in that order. Courts one, four and six in singles went unfinished.

The Tigers remain in Lawrenceville to play Tusculum on Sunday morning.
