Tigers Drop Final Road Contest of Year

MOBILE, Ala.– The West Alabama Tigers fell 4-1 on the road to the Spring Hill College Badgers in Gulf South Conference Men's Soccer action Sunday evening.
 
UWA now sits at 5-6-2 overall and 3-4-1 in the GSC. SHC improves to 11-1 and 7-0 in the conference.
 
The hosting Badgers put two goals on the board before Callum Rai scored his third goal of the season at the 42:28 mark with an assist from Kyle McLeod to put UWA on the board.
 
SHC added two late goals in the final five minutes to give the 4-1 result.
 
The Tigers will look to rebound with three straight home matches to end the season starting with the Shorter Hawks. Match time is set for 7:30 p.m. in Tiger Stadium.
