LIVINGSTON, Ala. – The West Alabama men's basketball team's four-game home stretch continues on Friday, Nov. 19, when the Tigers host Southeastern Baptist College. Tip-off for the competition is set for 7 p.m. inside Pruitt Hall Gymnasium.
The doubleheader with the women's basketball team will be streamed live on the UWA Athletics YouTube page with live stats on the UWA Athletics website. The two games will also be broadcast live on SLY 104.9 with commentary by Mark Gilliam.
The Tigers enter Friday's matchup 2-1 after defeating Oakwood University 63-51 earlier in the week. Junior gurad Kortrijk Miles has headed West Alabama's offensive effort, averaging 21.3 points per game and 7.3 rebounds. The Dallas, Texas native was named GSC Player of the Week after his performance in the season's opening week.
The Chargers are 0-8 after falling 96-65 to Campbellsville University two weeks ago.
This will be the second meeting between the two teams. West Alabama defeated SBC 105-18 inside Pruitt during the 2019-20 season in their first meeting on the court.
