Tigers Add Monday Twinbill to Baseball Schedule

LIVINGSTON, Ala. – West Alabama will host Mississippi College in a non-conference baseball doubleheader Monday at Tartt Field. First pitch is set for 2 p.m.

Both the Tigers and the Choctaws lost scheduled three-game Gulf South Conference series due to weather considerations this weekend. UWA was set to host Union and Mississippi College had Montevallo visiting Clinton.

The Tigers (1-3, 1-3) and Choctaws (0-4, 0-4) have already played once this season, with West Alabama taking a 12-8 win on Feb. 13. The final two games of that GSC series were also lost due to weather.

Admission is free to Tiger baseball this season, but capacity is limited to 300 socially distanced and mask wearing baseball fans.
