Tigers Return Home on Wednesday to Host Berry College

LIVINGSTON, Ala. - West Alabama men's basketball team returns home on Wednesday to host a non-conference matchup against Berry College at 5 p.m. inside Pruitt Hall Gymnasium. The Tigers are 8-2 overall and 5-2 in GSC play. The Vikings are 8-0 on the season.

Terry Durham leads the Tigers' offense with 14.8 points per game, shooting 61.4 from the field. He also averages 8.3 rebounds per game. Durham ranks second in the GSC in field goal percentage, third in rebounds, and 10th in scoring. He also leads UWA with 14 steals, ranking him 11th in the conference.

Shardarrion Allen averages 13.8 points per game, 4.9 rebounds per game, and 2.1 assists per game. Allen ranks 16th in the GSC in scoring and 25th in rebounds.

Justin Allison averages 11.1 points per game and 4.3 rebounds per game. Allison also averages 2.5 assists per game, ranking him 14th in the GSC. Kuran Garner averages 10.7 points per game, 3.3 rebounds per game, and two assists per game.

As a squad, UWA averages 76.1 points per game. The Tigers' defense leads the GSC and is ranked third nationally in scoring defense, holding its opponent to 56.9 points per game. UWA's scoring margin is 19.2 points per game

The sophomore guard Braxton Benham leads the Vikings' offense with 14.6 points per game and 4.8 rebounds per game. Junior guard Chase Ellis averages 13.9 points per game and 6.3 rebounds per game.

General admission tickets will be $5 at the entrance or can be purchased ahead of time here. Children five and under will be admitted free.
