Baseball to Host Summer Showcase June 1

LIVINGSTON, Ala. – West Alabama baseball is excited to announce their Summer Showcase will be on Wednesday, June 1 at Tartt Field on the campus of West Alabama. 
 
The Showcase is for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors, as well as unsigned junior college students. The cost is $50 and prospects can register HERE!
 
Position players will register at 12:30 p.m. and take the field from 1 to 3 p.m. Pitchers and catchers will register at 3 p.m. and take the field from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Prospects can only participate with position players or with pitchers and catchers.
 
Each participant must also sign a Prospect Tryout Form. If the participant is under 18, they must have the waiver co-signed by a parent or guardian. Prospects will need to print and completely fill out the form and bring it with them to the Showcase.
 
The Showcase will be a pro style showcase with timing in the 60-yard dash, along with outfield, infield, and catcher throwing drills. All prospects need to bring their baseball equipment.
