LIVINGSTON, Ala. - In their last home match of the season, West Alabama (2-26, 0-18 Gulf South) fell to West Florida (23-5, 18-0 Gulf South) in straight sets (13-25, 6-25, 20-25).

West Florida maintained their unbeaten Gulf South record, showing offensive efficiency and defensive prowess, while UWA struggled to keep up.

The Tigers' offensive leaders were KB Kinney with five kills, Peyton Quesnel with four, and Cloe Bonvillain with a service ace and six digs. UWA recorded a team-hitting percentage of .012, with only two kills in the second set.

West Florida, by contrast, delivered a balanced performance. Nikki Deslatte and Damyah Joyner led the team in kills, and setter Gabi Moulton facilitated the offense with 22 assists. Defensively, Meg Brackhan led with 12 digs, and Moulton also contributed four aces.

With this result, West Alabama looks ahead to their final two matches of the season on the road, first facing Union on Friday, November 15th, at 6 p.m., followed by a game against Christian Brothers on Saturday, November 16th, at 2 p.m.
