HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — West Alabama (10-14, 5-11 GSC) fell to Alabama Huntsville (21-4, 13-3 GSC) in four sets Wednesday night at SportsMED Arena.
The Tigers found their rhythm in the third set, earning a 25-18 win behind a 6-0 run sparked by a Klára Bobánová ace and strong front-row play from Gracie Pierscinski and Jazlyn Snow. Despite the late push, UAH's balanced attack proved too much as the Chargers closed out the match in the fourth.
West Alabama stays on the road this weekend, facing Valdosta State on Friday, Nov 7th in Valdosta, Ga. and West Florida on Saturday, Nov. 8th in Pensacola, Fla.
