LIVINGSTON, Ala. - Due to unplayable field conditions caused by the heavy rainfall in Sumter County over the last week, the West Alabama softball home opener scheduled for Thursday against No. 24 Alabama-Huntsville has been postponed. The doubleheader between the Tigers and the Lady Chargers has been rescheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday.

UWA comes into Gulf South Conference play with a 7-2 record. UAH is 7-7. The Tigers remian at home on Sunday, hosting Tuskegee in a doubleheader beginning at 3 p.m.
