MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Ninth-ranked West Florida had little trouble with West Alabama in the semi-finals of the Gulf South Conference Women's Tennis Tournament, eliminating the Tigers with a 5-0 victory Saturday at Lagoon Park.
UWA is 19-9 and came into the conference tournament ranked 10
th in the NCAA South Region. The top seed in the tournament, West Florida is 18-6 and will meet the winner of the Valdosta State-North Alabama semi-final match in Sunday's GSC Final at 10 a.m.
