HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – With a steady rain falling in the Huntsville area Friday morning, the game time for West Alabama's opening game in the NCAA South 2 Softball Regional against Alabama Huntsville has been shifted back to the orginal 5:30 p.m.
The tournament committee will continue to evaluate the weather situation throughout Friday and make appropriate decisions on game times.
West Alabama opens NCAA play with a 30-18 record, while UAH is 39-15. The Tigers and the Chargers have played three times this season, with UAH winning two.
