FLORENCE, Ala. – Game three of the Gulf South Conference softball series between West Alabama and North Alabama has been cancelled for Sunday due to heavy rain in the area.

West Alabama (8-9, 2-6 in the GSC) drops the series to North Alabama (14-1, 5-0) after a doubleheader sweep by the Lions on Saturday.

The Tigers will return to action at home on Wednesday to host Peach Belt Conference opponent Montevallo in doubleheader action. First pitch for game one is set for 4 p.m.
