The West Alabama women's tennis team split a pair of road matches on Saturday, losing to No. 19 Georgia College in Milledgeville before winning at Clark Atlanta later that afternoon. The Tigers lost 5-1 at Georgia College before posting an 8-1 win at Clark Atlanta.

The split leaves West Alabama with a 13-4 record coming off a spring break trip that saw the Tiger women play five matches in five days, including the two on Saturday. Georgia College is 16-5.

The Tigers had little trouble at Clark Atlanta to end the day on a positive note, dropping CAU to 10-11 on the season. UWA point at Georgia College came at No. 1 doubles where Amina Mukhametshina and Georgia Morral defeated Katie Krupp and Jena Kelly 8-3.

The Tigers are back on the road Monday for a Gulf South Conference match at Alabama Huntsville before finishing the regular season with a neutral site match against Valdosta State in Pensacola, Florida and a road match at Columbus State on April 9 and 10, respectively.
