UWA Women’s Tennis Ranked 26th in Nation

LIVINGSTON, Ala. – The University of West Alabama women's tennis team is ranked No. 26 nationally in the new Oracle/ITA Division II Women's National Team Rankings. The Tigers are also ranked seventh in the latest NCAA Division II South Region rankings.
 
The Tigers are 5-1 on the season heading into today's match at NCAA Division I Southern Mississippi. West Alabama has a modest five-match winning streak.
 
West Alabama returns home and to Gulf South Conference play by hosting Shorter Saturday at the Vaughan Tennis Complex on the UWA campus. Match time is 1 p.m.
