Potential Rain Forces Shift in UWA/AUM Weekend Series

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Another weekend of predicted rain has forced the West Alabama Tigers to shift their weekend Gulf South Conference Softball series with the Auburn-Montgomery Warhawks to Friday and Saturday.
 
UWA (6-16, 2-7) is set to face AUM (10-5, 5-4) in a doubleheader on Friday at the AUM Softball Complex at 4 and 6 p.m. with the Saturday game set for 12 p.m.
 
The series was originally set for a Saturday doubleheader with the series wrapping up on Sunday, but to be sure all games were played the teams agreed to move to starting on March 9.
