Tigers, Chargers Agree to Weekend Schedule Change

HUNTSVILLE, Ala.– Once again, the threat of inclement weather has forced a change to the West Alabama Tiger's Softball schedule this time involving the alteration of the Gulf South Conference weekend series at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
 
UWA and the UAH Chargers will play a single game Saturday at 2 p.m. and will conclude the weekend with a doubleheader on Sunday starting at 1 p.m.
 
The original schedule had the doubleheader taking place on Saturday.
 
The Tigers (16-22, 8-13) continue to battle for a spot in the GSC Championship Tournament while UAH (23-10, 13-8) is looking to maintain a spot after dropping four straight conference contests.
