Manseri to Continue Tennis Career at UWA

LIVINGSTON, Ala.– Sarah Manseri, a junior transfer from Poulx, France, has decided to continue her collegiate tennis career at the University of West Alabama.

"We are happy to welcome Sarah to the UWA program," UWA head coach Jeff Beaman said. "She finished her junior college career as one of the top players in the nation and we expect her to add a great deal to an already solid lineup for us."

A junior college All-America selection, Manseri comes to UWA from Eastern Florida State College, the fifth-ranked ranked junior college program by ITA in 2018. She was ranked fifth nationally in doubles by ITA and 16^thnationally in singles for the 2018 spring season. She was 11-5 playing at No. 2 singles and 11-7 at No. 1 doubles.

Manseri recorded 17 singles wins as a freshman at Seward County Community College, which is tied for third -most in a season at SCCC and tied for eighth all-time. Seventeen career doubles wins is seventh all-time at SCCC.
