Tigers Sign Lauryn Lilly

LIVINGSTON, Ala.– Lauryn Lilly, a 5-foot-7 guard, coming from Enterprise State has signed her letter of intent to continue her collegiate career with the University of West Alabama Women's Basketball Program.
 
From Montevallo, Alabama, Liily played in 21 games during her freshman season with the Boil Weevils averaging 15.1 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists. She shot 43.4 percent from the floor (115-of-265), 34.4 percent behind the three-point line (31-of-90) and 64 percent from the free throw line (57-of-89). 
 
For her efforts, Lilly was named Alabama Community College Conference All-South Second Team.
 
During a stellar career at Montevallo High School, she amassed a school record 2,558 points for the Bulldogs and averaged 18.8 points per game during her senior season to lead MHS to the Alabama High School Athletics Association Class 3A Sweet 16.
 
Her high school accolades include being named All-Shelby County First Team four times and being named Shelby County Player of the Year during her freshman season.
